Please note that all campers in our marine programmes are provided with a Personal Flotation Device (PFD) while at camp and the proper use of the PFD is strictly enforced. Participants are welcome to use their own Canadian-approved PFDs should they have them.

Outdoors Beyond

July 2 - August 30, 2013

Learning about the outdoors and beyond! This programme aims to introduce campers to canoe tripping and all that the outdoors has to offer. Packing, planning, paddling, tenting and cooking are all skills taught throughout the week to prepare campers for the Thursday overnight campout on Toronto Islands’ exclusive Snake Island. This camp is sure to leave a lasting impression and desire to continue in this favourite pastime.
