Emerging Chef Challenge

July 6-24, 2015

This camp is for the aspiring master chef that would like to explore the wonderful world of food. In partnership with the largest trainer of chefs and cooks in Ontario, Liaison College of Culinary Arts, our young chefs and foodies will learn the FUN-damentals of cooking and nutrition while they create and present mouth watering dishes in a safe, professional, state-of-the-art kitchen. They will learn the process of making tasty, nutritious meals from the beginning to the end.

Please Note: Due to the nature of this programme we cannot accommodate campers with food allergies of any kind or any special dietary restrictions. Campers may come in contact with peanuts/nuts and/or equipment that has come in contact with peanut/nut products, therefore this programme may not be safe for a person with a nut allergy.
