This past weekend, 50 participants assembled at Harbourfront Centre to show off their ideas and compete for awards. It was a science fair like any other, with one notable twist, the projects were a mixture of science and art. Neat huh?
The participants in the Too Cool for School Art & Science Fair were from all walks of life, amateurs and professionals, many sharing their projects with the public for the first time. They were chosen through an open call for submissions on the basis of originality, depth of inquiry, creative innovation and the element of surprise. Many showed up to take it all in.
