Put your Saturday on ice!

We know you have a hectic life. Sometimes it’s hard to carve out a little “me” time amongst the hustle, bustle and demands of the daily grind. And with the holiday season being a distant memory, it’s seems that now you’re busier than ever.

We get it. So we’ve taken the liberty to put together a quick itinerary mapping out a Saturday afternoon on and around The Natrel Rink.

After all, we think you deserve a break. Don’t you?

1) Arrive at The Natrel Rink, Toronto’s winter gem tucked along the shores of Lake Ontario, and spend a couple of hours enjoying a free skate. The only time we’ll (politely) kick you off is for a Zamboni run. Click here for rink hours of operation, skate rental info and an up-to-date rink maintenance schedule. And if you’ve ever wondered how we keep our rink in such pristine shape, take a gander at this.

2) Take a breather from skating and warm up inside Lakeside EATS. Our new lounge area includes comfy leather couches, a big-screen TV and the glowing embers of an electric fireplace. Of course, food is available for purchase from our new menu, but you can also pass the time playing one of many free board games we have in stock. Did we mention it’s fully licensed?

3) Cap it all off with a skate under the stars during one of our DJ Skate Night events from 8pm onwards. Don’t miss this upcoming weekend’s featured event, Skatery, brought to you by the fine DJs behind the vintage vinyl podcast, Cratery. If they don’t funk you up, nothing will!

See you on the ice! There’s lots more Skate Culture in store for the rest of the winter.
