Visit the Lakeview Market where you’ll find a special Red Hot Market section, with vendors specializing in sauces, spreads, dressings and condiments made to get your taste buds running. Burner Pepper Sauce will be on site showcasing its signature Hot Pepper Sauces that come in a variety of different flavours.
Montreal native, Sinai Gourmet will join us so you can get your hands on their amazing sauces. Their sauces range from mild poblano to hotter than hot ghost. Try their Ghost Original and see if you can handle the heat.
Ti Kay La Foods, has your Caribbean needs covered. With a ray of pepper sauces, BBQ sauces, spice rubs and jerk marinades, they’re a one-stop shop for Caribbean cooking.
If you love condiments, The Joy of Harvest is for you. It’s a family owned small business that makes homemade condiments and jams, with a wildberry marmalade perfect for your morning toast.
If cooking isn’t your thing, head over to the World Café where White Gold Sweets will be serving your favourite Indian sweets and snacks and Jerk Vibes will have jerk chicken and rice ready for you to indulge. We’ll also have food trucks on site, like Rebozos with their authentic Mexican cuisine.
