Bif Naked: How I Came to Love Myself Today

Rock Star. Writer. Humanitarian. Motivational Speaker.

A survivor of sexual abuse, a drug overdose and cancer, Bif Naked shares how she came to love herself today. Hers is a remarkable story of strength and resilience told with humour, naked honesty and outrageous optimism. An advocate for the marginalized (she participated in the Welfare Food Challenge twice), Bif will challenge us to let go of our judgements and preconceptions and end the stigma around mental health.

Bif Naked will also perform songs from her recent acoustic album Bif Naked Forever: Acoustic Hits and Other Delights.

“Tonight is the best night of my life, got a feeling inside and I can’t deny, I’m so glad to be alive.”
– Bif Naked, So Happy I Could Die
