Register by Mail/In Person

March Break Camps Fees
Camp fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payments by cheque will only be accepted until Feb. 28, 2014.
Camp Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 10 business days before the start date of your child's camp session. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee per camp session and per child cancelled. If you wish to cancel your childís session within 10 business days of the campís start date, you will be charged 50% of the total fee.
There are no refunds for cancellations requested after the start date of your childís camp session.Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing for registrations originally processed by cash, cheque or money order.
All refund requests are considered on an individual basis by the Camps Coordinator and Camp Registrar. Cancellation requests due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctorís note at the time of the request.
Camp Transfer Policy
Camp transfer requests must be requested at least five business days before the start date of your childís camp session. Requests will be considered based on availability within the requested programme. There is an administrative fee of $30 per camp/per child for each transfer. There are no refunds of transfer fees.
Kids First Financial Assistance
Harbourfront Centre is a registered charitable organization and financial assistance is available through our
Kids First programme. Applications are considered individually and in confidence.
Applications for subsidies for our March Break Camps must be received by 5pm, Feb. 28, 2014.
