Marine Camps Policies

Life jackets are provided for all Marine Camps and their usage is strictly enforced!

Swim Requirements

There are no swim requirements for Marine Camps. All Marine Campers need only feel comfortable around water wearing a life jacket.

Canoe, Kayak, Outdoors Bound and Outdoors Beyond Camps do not include in-water rescues or swimming.

Camps Instructors

Canoe and Kayaking Camps are offered in partnership with the Harbourfront Canoe and Kayak School, now entering their 27th year of operation. Experienced staff are certified through the Ontario Recreational Canoeing Association.

All Sailing Camps are offered by Queen’s Quay Sailing & Powerboating. Instructors are qualified under Canadian Yachting Association standards and are trained specifically for work with children. Campers explore Toronto Harbour and experience the adventure of sailing plus make new friends. All courses encourage personal development in stimulating and safe surroundings.
