Maham Anjum

Maham Anjum is a designer specializing in ceramic tableware. She designs and manufactures in her North London workshop and studio, working with both factories and producing bespoke ranges of tableware. She has designed exclusive collections of tableware in a variety of ceramic materials for high-end restaurants in Europe and the Middle East. Working closely with chefs such as Vineet Bhatia, Jamie Oliver for Barbecoa Piccadilly (London), Asma Khan Darjeeling Express, JKS Hoppers, Vivek Singh Cinnamon Club Restaurants (London), Ember London, Tickton Grange Hotel (UK), Coya Restaurants, House of Lavan (Kuwait) and Rochini (Austria).

Anjum is a graduate of Central Saint Martins, London, with a BA Hons and an MA in Ceramic Design and an MPhil at the Royal College of Art, London, in Ceramics. She is a visiting lecturer at Central Saint Martins, in Ceramic Design.

Anjum has designed tabletop ranges for Jamie Oliver at Home and collections for David Mellor, Mary Portas at House of Fraser, Habitat, Folklore, Future and Found. She has designed tableware for Narumi Japan. She is a consultant with Royal Crown Derby in the UK on new surface effects on Bone China. Anjum has developed craft revival projects in Sri Lanka, India and Ethiopia. She is currently working on projects with factories and upcoming restaurants in the UK, Europe and Middle East.
