Cherry Bomb, now 11-years-strong, is a fun, flirty and inclusive dance-your-face-off monthly party for queer women, LGBTQ2+ folks and all of our friends. Produced by the unstoppable queer DJ dream team of Denise Benson and Cozmic Cat, Cherry Bomb is all about unity, positivity and great music! Cherry Bomb explodes the 3rd Saturday of each month, and is Toronto’s hottest and longest-running women’s/queer party (voted "Best Club Event for Women" in Xtra magazine’s "Best of Toronto" for several years).

Denise Benson, DJ, music journalist and author, has long mixed beats, words and ideas. A party-rocker with an ear for the underground, Denise has produced and played at many celebrated club residencies including Dyke Nite, S.H.E., Glide, Synchro and, of course, Cherry Bomb. Denise is also the author of Then & Now: Toronto Nightlife History (Three O’Clock Press). She loves bass and melody.

Cozmic Cat is a high profile DJ in Toronto who is also a talented remixer and producer. She owns her own record label and recently dropped a full length album of electronic dance music. As a DJ, she knows how to read and reach any crowd, dropping mixes that work any crowd up-and-over the top. In short, she drops the bomb on the dancefloor every time!
