You wanted to see it! Thanks to everyone who voted for their favourite Longo's Free Flick. The Tourist, starring Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie, took top spot with 36% of the popular vote. The film will be screened Tuesday, August 9th at 9pm on the Westjet Stage .

Cairo Time

Cairo Time weaves us through the streets of Egypt’s capital city. The locals and the city envelop the characters and move them through the narrative. Cairo Time explores the estranged relationship between a married couple and a local man who steps in to guide and comfort a lonely wife. Cairo seduces both the couple and the viewer. This Movie is Broken

Filmed in Toronto, This Movie is Broken follows a new couple who are ultimately trying to get to a concert at Harbourfront Centre to see Broken Social Scene. From the Princess Gates to the WestJet stage (where you will be watching the movie if it wins), Toronto helps to keep this couple moving. Watch the trailer.
