HATCH presents new durational work by lo bil.
lo bil creates performative experiments to correlate research into process, pleasure, vulnerability, risk, memory, agency, labour, an aesthetics of feeling and the impacts of a social location on identity. She finds images through physical improvisations, spoken loops, and material interactions.
lo bil has created performance works for 7a*11d International Festival of Performance Art, 25 Hours for 25 Years – District of Columbia Arts Centre, Month of Performance Art-Berlin, ITINERANT Performance Art Festival, Words & [ ] — a Durational Conference of Art & Thought, Summerworks Performance Festival, Panoply Performance Laboratory, Dare-Dare, ASSEMBLÉE & AGO First Thursdays as part of NO OBJECT.
