Vij's Family Chicken

When Vikram Vij lived in a tiny apartment in Vancouver, long before Vij-mania gripped Canada's culinary scene, this humble chicken curry dish was his go-to comfort food. It's the dish his mom used to make for him and it's a beloved family recipe that has been passed down from one generation to the next. Use sour cream to enrichen it as Virkam's mom does or take it out to lighten the dish – either way, it's lip-smacking curry comfort in a bowl!
