Speak up! You'll explore the basics of improvisation, beginning with the principle of "Yes, and..." and focusing on a different theme each week, including listening, risk-taking, commitment, team-work, trust, and, of course, fun! Perfect for those looking to challenge themselves, improve communication skills, and build confidence when speaking in public.

Scene Study: Practical Aesthetics
Simple, honest, and straightforward, Practical Aesthetics is both an acting technique and a philosophy. The technique gives actors an empowering set of analytical and physical tools. Guided by a professional instructor, you'll have the opportunity to apply what you've learned as you work through scenes with a partner each week.

Fitzmaurice Voicework®
Fitzmaurice Voicework® is an excellent way of practicing opening up to intensity, welcoming it, breathing with it, and embracing the intensity of experience while remaining free to speak and move.
