What to wear

CSA approved hockey helmets or a winter rated helmet (e.g. ski/snowboard helmet) are required for ALL participants. Bicycle helmets are not suitable for skating.

Dress warmly. Don't forget your gloves and mittens. Wear clothing that allows you to move easily.

Wristguards are also recommended for first-time skaters.
