Ismat Jivani Master Chef
Born in Kenya, Jivani’s cooking journey began at the prestigious Nairobi Hilton Hotel, moved to Canada and made a sensation at upscale French restaurant ‘Chez Marie’, Fred’s Not Here, and in 1998, with the opening of ‘Cha Cha Cha’, Jivani once again raised the bar with Afro-Miami cuisine.
