For those of you that have been waiting with bated breath for the PEN Canada Benefit participant to be announced, no need to wait any longer... Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist Richard Ford – author of the Bascombe trilogy: Independence Day, The Sportswriter, and The Lay of the Land – will make a rare appearance in Canada at IFOA (Oct. 20) in support of freedom of expression.
