The Fine Print

Service Charges

• Tickets purchased by phone, mail, fax or online are subject to a per ticket service charge, to a maximum of $20 per order.
• Additionally, there is a $2 per order mailing fee if you want your tickets mailed.
• There are NO service charges for tickets purchased in person at any of our on-site Box Offices.
• A Facilities Renewal Fund surcharge is included on all tickets sold to events presented at Harbourfront Centre.

Facilities Renewal Fund (FRF)

• The Facilities Renewal Fund (FRF) is a capital improvement fund which assists Harbourfront Centre with the upkeep of our facilities and replacement of equipment and furnishings in our theatres.
• The FRF is maintained through a $1.50 or $2 FRF surcharge on all tickets sold to events presented at Harbourfront Centre.
• The FRF is waived on complimentary tickets and tickets valued under $6.
