Kazuyoshi Ehara left his native Japan to study photojournalism in Canada. After graduating, Ehara landed internships with both the Ottawa Citizen and Toronto Star and in 2004 founded Sakana Photography. Ehara recently won the Younosuke Natori Award for Lost Memories, a photo essay of his grandfather's descent into Alzheimer's. His work has been published in numerous publications in North America, Asia and Europe.
