Through examination of Inuit prints, your students gain an understanding of the printmaking process and insight into how Inuit artists draw inspiration from the world around them.

Program Objectives
By the end of the Young Collograph program, students will:

  • Discover the history of printmaking through the lens of Inuit culture
  • Explore shape, texture and pattern to create a relief printing plate
  • Produce several coloured prints
