About Chef Tim Teng:
Chef Teng’s Restaurant was named as one of the Top 100 restaurants in Taiwan and the executive chef Tim Teng was also one of the winners for the Top 10 Taiwanese Young Chef award. Chef Teng earned his degree in Italian Cooking but returned to Taiwan to take his family tradition of Chinese cooking to new heights.
