The Main Box Office at 235 Queens Quay West is open Tuesday through Saturday, 1pm - 6pm.
The Main Box Office is open until 8pm when there is an evening performance.
Our Theatre Box Offices — for events in the Fleck Dance Theatre, the Enwave Theatre and the Sirius Satellite Radio Stage — are open two hours prior to evening performances and one hour prior to matinee performances.
The Theatre Box Offices close a half hour after performances begin.
The Fine Print
Special Offers
Unless you have been given a specific promo code valid for use online, all special offers and discounts (including the World Stage and NextSteps Flex Passes) MUST be booked over the phone or in person. Online sales are limited to regular prices and student or senior discounts, when available. Student and senior tickets will be held for in-person pick up with valid ID.
Special Needs
Wheelchair accessible seating locations, hearing assist devices and any other special arrangements must be booked over the phone or in person. Harbourfront Centre recognizes and accepts the Access 2 card.
Charges & Fees
Single tickets purchased by phone, mail, fax or online are subject to a per ticket convenience fee ($1 to $5 per ticket, depending on the value of the ticket). Ticket packages are subject to a per package fee — $10 for World Stage and NextSteps, $6 for Art of Time Ensemble. Additionally, there is an optional $2 per order fee to mail tickets. These fees go toward covering the cost of box office operations.
Single tickets purchased in person at any of our on-site box offices are not subject to any extra fees. Ticket package fees are charged even when purchased in person.
The Facilities Renewal Fund (FRF) is a capital improvement fund which assists Harbourfront Centre with the upkeep of our facilities and replacement of equipment and furnishings in our theatres. The FRF is maintained through a $1.50 or $2 charge built into the price of all tickets sold to events presented at Harbourfront Centre. The FRF is waived on complimentary tickets and tickets valued under $6.
