She is a clinical educator and an adjunct lecturer at the University of Toronto, and has completed a Doctor of Audiology degree from AT Still University, Arizona Health Sciences, among many other accolades. Lipinski will discuss Amalia Pica’s exhibition ears to speak of.

Power Kids: Infinite Landscapes

These FREE arts workshops for children ages 7-12 begin with a tour of the gallery and conclude with an art activity, inspired by the ideas behind the current exhibition. Tours and workshops are led by Amanda Foulds, Power Kids Family Programs Coordinator and assisted by Erica Cristobal, Power Kids Teaching Assistant. Sammy Baloji’s and Filip De Boeck’s work explores the past, present, and future dreams of a city’s inhabitants. In this workshop, we will discuss how Baloji combines both the past and the future, the old and the new, in his photographs. Then we will transform historic images of Toronto’s landscape into new futuristic scenes using plastic, paper and textiles.
