Move to Stillness is an immersive installation at Harbourfront’s Kick Up Your Heels Festival that gives visitors the opportunity to find solace, peace, and calm at the heart of this bustling high-energy festival. Entering the Brigantine tent, visitors walk through a sea of white textiles suspended mid air making their way to a circular space of calm surrounded by the soothing sounds of pranayama breathing meditation.
