Workshops include:
• Grind Ontario corn using a pedal-powered bicycle grinder and make authentic and delicious corn tortillas with Toronto's own Chocosol.
• Learn how to make fresh cheese with Monforte Dairy’s Ruth Klahsen.
• Join Spice Route’s Executive Chef Win Lai Wong in making traditional Mushroom Dumplings.
Join Slow Food Toronto for a variety of fun, child-friendly food workshops with Toronto chefs and Ontario farmers to help celebrate Terra Madre Day! Children will have a chance to participate in some hands-on activities involving creating their very own culinary treats beginning with raw ingredients and leave with a delicious final product!
