Hockey Masks

February 19 – 20, 2012

Craft Learning Family Skating

Almost as soon as the hockey mask was invented, players started finding ways to decorate their masks. Today most goalies can be identified by their helmet design. The designs they choose say a lot about their personalities. If you were a goalie, how would you decorate your helmet, and what would it say about who you are?

Using pre-made hockey mask cut-outs, kids can design their own hockey mask to wear around the site for the day. Careful though – these masks are not designed to take a puck to the face!  They’re made for style!
