Emelie Chhangur is an artist, curator and writer based in Toronto, where she is Assistant Director / Curator of the Art Gallery of York University. Over the past decade, Chhangur has developed an experimental curatorial practice in collaboration with artists. She is interested in how exhibitions and texts perform to create unique interpretative experiences and in enacting activisms from within an institutional framework.
