One of the most interesting aspects about elemental materials is their ability to act as catalysts for ideas. Materials as they exist in the landscape prompt viewing from different perspectives. These artists have an affinity with a particular material and focus-in on its meaning and trajectory across culture and geography.
A FREE opening night reception will take place Thursday, July 19 from 6pm - 10pm in York Quay Centre.
Material Wealth: Revealing Landscape will be on display from July 20 - September 23, 2012.
