Venue Rentals at Harbourfront Centre
Harbourfront Centre is a non-profit presenting arts organization with a season of programmes and events running from April through March. When gaps in the schedule exist, we offer some of our facilities for rent to non-profit and community groups, professional arts and cultural groups, government and granting associations, and corporations, for a variety of purposes.
What types of functions can Harbourfront Centre's rental facilities be used for?
We can accommodate groups ranging in size from 100 to 450, depending on the nature of the event, and our venues can be used for events such as:
- professional theatre, music, or dance presentations
- film screenings
- corporate events such as sales meetings, award ceremonies and product launches
- lectures, panel discussions and presentations
- small conferences (i.e. events that do not require a large number of breakout rooms)
We regret that we do not accommodate social events such as weddings or birthdays, nor are we able to rent our facilities for beauty pageants, dance competitions, school recitals or graduations.
Proselytizing of a religious or political nature is not permitted on our site.
We are currently accepting rental applications for events taking place beginning Spring 2013.
