Indoor Spaces
Fleck Dance Theatre
- Located on the third floor inside the Queens Quay Terminal at 207 Queen's Quay West
- Wheelchair accessible on the main floor.
- Elevator access to the theatre’s Box Office and entrance is available from the main floor
at the south end of the building, directly opposite the shop Vita Plus.
- Wheelchair seating can be accommodated with advance booking through our box-office.
Seating may vary according to the configuration of the house.
- Infrared hearing devices are available. Please notify one of our Front Of House staff at
the time of entry to arrange device pick-up prior to the performance.
- Wheelchair accessible restrooms with power assisted entry are present.
- Please note that there are no elevators in the theatre.

Enwave Theatre
- Located at 231 Queens Quay West.
- Entrance doors to the building where theatre is located are not power assisted.
- Ramp access to the theatre’s Box Office and to theatre’s entrance.
- Wheelchair accessible on main floor.
- Wheelchair seating can be accommodated with advance booking through our box-office.
Seating may vary according to the configuration of the house.

York Quay Centre
- Located at 235 Queens Quay West.
- All venues in the building are wheelchair accessible.
- Ramp access to building at the north east side entrance and at the south west entrance.
- Wheelchair accessible restrooms can be found indoors in both the north and south
hallways through the Craft corridor and the West Arcade and outdoors, just below the
west end of the World Cafe. Entry to these three restrooms is not power assisted.
- Elevators have button commands in Braille.

– The Studio Theatre
- Located inside the York Quay Centre.
- Wheelchair access to this theatre requires consultation with the Front of House staff; please identify
yourself to the usher.
- This theatre can only accommodate one big, or two small wheelchairs and all events are
on a first come first serve basis.

– Brigantine Room
- Located inside the York Quay Centre.
- Wheelchair accessible, entrance via the ramp beside the Information Desk.

– York Quay Gallery
- Located inside the York Quay Centre.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- Due to the varying nature of the exhibitions, accessibility to the pieces may be different
from exhibit to exhibit, depending on the medium and the positioning of the art work
Please contact the Info Desk or the gallery in advance for details of every exhibition.
- Kid’s eye view labels throughout the gallery for ease of reading information about the
work at a lower height.

– Architecture Exhibition Space
- Located on the second floor, inside the York Quay Centre.
- Wheelchair access to the second floor via elevator located beside the staircase in the
north lobby.
- Due to the small nature of the space, please be aware that the space is not suitable to
handle more than five wheelchairs at once.
- Due to the varying nature of the exhibitions, accessibility to the pieces may be different
from exhibit to exhibit, depending on the medium and the positioning of the art work. Please contact the Info Desk or the gallery in advance for details of every exhibition.

– Miss Lou's Room
- Located on the second floor, inside the York Quay Centre.
- Wheelchair access to the second floor via elevator located at the south east end of the
building.
- The nature of the exhibit is large print and small print written materials with some audio
recorded information as well.

– Marylin Brewer Community Space
- Located inside the York Quay Centre
- Wheelchair accessible, entrance via the ramp beside the Information Desk

– The Craft Corridor & Studios
- Located inside the York Quay Centre.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- For viewing artists at work and a tour of the Craft Studios, access to building at the north
east side entrance or at the south west entrance. To attend a course at the Craft Studios, access through the outdoor doors.

– Lakeside Terrace
- Located inside the York Quay Centre.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- Entrance from the back wooden patio or from inside the building.

– Lakeside EATS
- Located inside the York Quay Centre.
- Wheelchair accessible.

– The Centre Shop
- Located inside the York Quay Centre.
- Wheelchair accessible, entrance via the ramp beside the Information Desk.

The Power Plant
- Located at 231 Queens Quay West.
- Entrance doors to building where gallery is located are not power assisted.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- An elevator connects visitors to both levels of our exhibitions.
- Due to the varying nature of the exhibitions, accessibility to the pieces may be different
from exhibit to exhibit, depending on the medium and the positioning of the art work.

- Wheelchair accessible restrooms can be found just outside of the gallery, entry is not
power assisted.
- Accessible tours of the gallery can be arranged with advance notice and consultation with gallery staff.

Sailing and Powerboating
- Located at 275 Queens Quay West.
- Building and docks are wheelchair accessible
- No wheelchair accessible restrooms; a self-cleaning, pay-per-use accessible washroom
is located across the street at the corner of Queens Quay and Rees St.
- Powerboating courses can be arranged with advance notice and consultation.
- For sailing experiences, customers can contact the Queens Quay Disabled Sailing
Program located at 283 Queens Quay West at 416-214-0358 or www.disabledsailing.on.ca. Please note that this is not run by Harbourfront Centre.

Outdoor Spaces
The WestJet Stage
- Wheelchair accessible.
- Wheelchair seating can be accommodated.
- The events at this stage are on a first come first serve basis and we do not reserve
seating. We recommend early arrival to ensure best seating accommodation.

The Redpath Stage
- There is no assigned specific seating, thus patrons with wheelchairs or walkers can get quite close to the stage area or can enjoy the performance from anywhere on the lawn.

The Brigantine Tent
- Wheelchair accessible.
- Entrance is recommended from along the Queens Quay West, just outside west of the
York Quay Centre. Before the public telephones there is an alley which should be taken back towards the site with entrance through the picket fence.

The Toronto Music Garden
- Wheelchair accessible
- Self guided audio tours are available. Hand held audio players can be rented for $6 at the
Marina Quay West office at 539 Queens Quay West (on the pier immediately south of the garden)

Skating Rink
- For safety reasons, no assistive devices or service animals are allowed on the ice.
- Wheelchair accessibility can be accommodated with advance notice and booking by phone at 416-973-4866 or via e-mail at rinkbookings@harbourfrontcentre.com
- A support person will be allowed on the ice as long as he/she is wearing skates, spikes or traction aids. Access and use of the rink is free; skates can be rented for $8 per pair

The World Cafe
