Our NEW York Quay Parking Facility (P2) now open!
This stunning 300-space underground lot, located between Queen's Quay Terminal (207 Queens Quay West) and York Quay Centre (235 Queens Quay West), will contain some natural lighting and will ultimately feature stunning reflective glass art and electric car charging stations. Enter on the south side of Queens Quay West at Lower Simcoe Street adjacent York Quay Centre.
Construction continues on the surface of this parking facility with several new and wonderful public outdoor spaces named Canada and Urban Squares! Despite the construction, the facility is open for parking. These squares will feature tree-lined spaces and paths and public areas ideal for events and relaxation.

Lot Locations
Harbourfront Centre operates three parking lots across the central waterfront that are located within or adjacent to our site and our many neighbouring venues. If you are coming to enjoy one of our many programmes or activities or partake in another event on or near the central waterfront, there are a number of locations to park for a reasonable cost (varies depending on lot location and date).
All of our parking lots have designated accessible parking; availability is on a first arrival basis. A discounted parking rate of $5 per day maximum is offered upon presentation of a valid accessible parking permit. P6 accessible parking is located on surface and not underground.

All monthly parkers must complete an application form which outlines permit and payment details. We operate and have access to over 1,000 parking spaces across the central waterfront! The new York Quay parking facility, which was built by Harbourfront Centre and Waterfront Toronto, is part of the overall revitalization of Toronto's waterfront. The construction of the underground garage allowed for the creation of future public space on the site including two new public squares, Canada Square and Ontario Square. The renewal of Toronto's waterfront is funded by the Governments of Canada and Ontario and the City of Toronto.
