Merging notions of documentary practice within the context of theatre and performance, Lebanese actor, director and playwright Rabih Mroué travels through a history and landscape of Lebanon, presenting a personal archive of interviews, photographs, videos, and various other materials to investigate how we remember and understand events and occurrences from the past.

The Images Festival is Canada's premiere media and arts festival, showcasing excellence on and off the screen. Images exhibits the best local, Canadian and international independent film, video, installation, performance and new media, with a mandate to present contemporary media artworks that extend, transform or challenge the established boundaries of film, video and sound.
