End the season with one of the most sought after DJs out of Canada. DJs Tasha Rozez and Randee Savage will keep you dancing on the rink with reggae sounds right up to the finale of DJ Skate Night 2020.
DJ Tasha Rozez, also known as Gunz’n’Rozez, is no stranger to blazing trails since she first started in 2000. Hailing from the boroughs of Toronto, Canada, she is best described in her own words as a “Conscious Rude Girl...What Dancehall Requires.” The world has been unable to ignore the prolific talent of the world's first ever-female reggae sound-clash champion sound.
Being in love with music her whole life, it’s no surprise that Randee Solomon would become DJ Randee Savage. Growing up in a predominately Jamaican environment, Randee naturally embraced the essence of music. WWF wrestling was another aspect of entertainment which was huge for her, hence the name derived from the late great Randy ‘Macho Man’ Savage a wrestler, actor and rapper. Intrigued by spinning records and dancing folk, she was taught how to cut tracks but learned to mix smoother on her own. In 2015 she became known on the Roots Reggae Culture scene, notably becoming a regular DJ at Toronto’s beloved Thymeless Reggae Bar.
It’s a new day and age, females can express themselves in a male dominated industry. Presently, DJ Savage continues to grow, entertaining for wider audiences such as weddings and corporate events.
