The SoundClash Music Award is an extension of Harbourfront Centre's mission and role as an incubator of local up-and-coming talent and an effort to showcase the most innovative and groundbreaking music that the city has to offer. We aim to provide a platform for artists who are not represented in the wider music scene, and shine a light on creators employing alternative perspectives on the possibilities for their music. By offering prizes, we hope to also help to fund further creation, and to help inspire the next generation of GTA artistry.
