Starting in the restaurant industry at the age of 13 busing tables in Ontario, Roshni Mansukhani began her culinary career moving up to a prep cook and then a line cook. Roshni decided to leave home after she completed a Business degree from Wilfred Laurier University Waterloo, Ontario and went on graduate from the Culinary Institute of Canada PEI, with flying colours. It was her true calling and she has never looked back. She has extensive international experience having worked with The Sagamore Resort in upstate NY, The Park Hyatt in Goa, before moving to the UK and working for the Thistle group of hotels. She currently lives in Boston and she is an Executive Chef and Consultant. Chef Roshni has been awarded Silver Medal Knorr Competition 2001, Food Network's Chopped Champion 2009 and is a member of the CFCC.
