As Harbourfront Centre continues to monitor the COVID-19 public health emergency, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 outdoor Summer Festival season, originally set to run from June 1 to September 7. While we work to support the Government of Ontario’s roadmap for reopening the province, we are exploring ways to safely bring you the stimulating arts programming you’ve come to expect during these challenging times.

Volunteering at Harbourfront Centre

Located on Toronto's beautiful waterfront, Harbourfront Centre is an innovative non-profit cultural organization that provides internationally renowned programming in the arts, culture, education and recreation.

Our volunteer program was established more than 30 years ago and is built on the strengths of a vibrant team of individuals of varying ages and from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. We are grateful for the countless contributions since the 1980s of our dedicated and talented team of volunteers.

If you are ...

  • 16 years of age or older
  • In love with arts and culture
  • Looking to build your skill set
  • In need of community hours

... we want to hear from you!

"Volunteering here has created a change in me. I am more alert to situations where I can be helpful to others..."
