Canadian Writers' Summit

The Canadian Writers’ Summit (#CWS2018) is a super-conference jointly hosted by a cohort of Canadian writer organizations. Members of all of these organizations are especially encouraged to attend, but #CWS2018 welcomes everyone and anyone interested in writing and publishing in Canada. #CWS2018 takes place June 14–17, 2018.

CWS 2018 presents Virginia Pésémapéo Bordeleau

8:00pm – 9:00pm

Virginia Pésémapéo Bordeleau will discuss the recent surge of francophone Indigenous writers in Québec; she’ll explore their writing, and the critical responses to it. She’ll also share with us her own work in the form of literary fiction and poetry.
