Canada’s National Ballet School (NBS) is hosting NBS Sharing Dance Day, the nation's largest dance party. Communities gather to celebrate dance, appreciate local artists, and connect with one another through the power of dance.

This year, two Canadian choreographers, Philippe-Alexandre Jacques and Esie Mensah, created a unique piece of choreography that explores how our familial, cultural and community roots influence our identity.

You can learn the choreography for FREE at home, in your classroom or in your community by registering for REACH – your one stop for all NBS Sharing Dance online resources.

Once registered, you will have access to the following:

  • NBS Sharing Dance Day 2019 choreography videos
  • Warm up videos
  • Teacher lesson plans and resources
  • Tips for bringing an NBS Sharing Dance Day to your community
