Exquisite Corpse – a vintage game played among poets and artists during the Surrealist movement in the early 20th century – is a collaborative, chance-based activity to create life-sized bodies belonging to humans, animals, monsters, or all three.
Children are given a prompt word to inspire them to create the head, torso or legs of the body; then volunteers assemble the three parts together to create the exquisite corpse.
