About Instructor Diane Mason:
Dione Mason is a fitness and lifestyle coach dedicated to motivating and inspiring others to optimal health. With over 10 years experience in group fitness and personal training, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry. Holding six certifications in fitness, Dione offers a variety of group class formats such as Aqua Fitness, Boot Camp, Cardio Kickboxing and Zumba.
From local to international audiences, she has worked with some of the best training facilities in the city of Toronto to international resorts in the Caribbean. She was recently featured in the April 2011 edition of Toronto's Sway Magazine.
In addition to teaching fitness, she lives the fitness philosophy through her continual support and participation of community fitness events such as the Scotiabank Waterfront Marathon, the Sporting Life 10K, Harry's Spring Run Off, the United Way CN Tower climb, to name a few.
Her life mantra is reflected in the words of Gandhi: "Be the change you want to see in the world.” From someone who once battled with obesity and a negative self image, she hopes to inspire others to positive change through a healthy lifestyle and general care towards humanity.
