Rhombus brings the listener through various Crossroads with genres while exposing their worldviews through lyric and song.

A prominent force of their hometown’s diverse sound, they have incorporated elements of electronic dub, reggae, hip hop, funk, breaks and soul into a 10 year career that has spawned 4 albums, a fist-full of vinyl 7”s & 12”s, while humbly amassing a dedicated following across the globe.

Conceived in 2001 as the electronic duo of Thomas Voyce and Simon Rycroft, Rhombus maintains a revolving-door policy with an array of vocalists, musicians, dancers and visual artists. Their original and energetic live shows has seen them perform alongside such artists as Fat Freddys Drop (NZ), Dry and Heavy (Japan), Michael Franti (US), The Black Seeds (NZ), Easy Star All-Stars (US) and Saint Germain (FR). They have toured New Zealand, Australia, Japan and UK, and recorded with a variety of international guests including Jamaican artist Ranking Joe and Godfather of UK hip hop Rodney P. Peformance highlights include WOMADELAIDE (Australia) & WOMAD (NZ), 2011. | Facebook
