Tijimur Dance Theatre presents Kurakuraw

Inspired by Paiwan traditions, Tijimur Dance Theatre is one of Taiwan’s most exciting indigenous contemporary dance companies. 

Kurakuraw is a type of azure stone for Paiwan men to engage Paiwan women. The grains of the stone represent a strong conviction of love. Kurakuraw is the start of the new journey for the Paiwan couples and is one of the most beautiful love tales for the Paiwan.
