About Yzanne Williams-Chance:

Yzanne represented Trinidad & Tobago at Carifesta 10 in Guyana in 2008,  achieved a total of 24 prizes in the Tobago blue food festival from 2004 to 2010, was the second place team winner in taste at the T&T school competition in 2011, and achieved a total of 10 prizes in the Tobago culinary festival from 2007 to 2012.

She'll host three different demos throughout the day:

1:30pm | Coconut Curried Crab
Learn how to cook crab seasoned with local herbs and seasoning, cooked with curry powder and coconut milk, flavoured and  simmered to perfection. Serve with dumplings.

4pm | Light Fruit Cake
Learn how to make light fruit cake with a combination of raisins, prunes, cherries and browning infused with alcohol, served with a pineapple rum sauce.

6:30pm | Dasheen Vegetable Quiche
Learn how to make dasheen vegetable quiche sautéed with vegetables and seasoned with herbs, baked in a flaky, crunchy pastry shell, topped with cheese and baked until golden brown.
