Sang Kim is an author, chef and restaurauteur. He has co-owned or consulted for Blowfish, KOKO! Share Bar, KI Modern Japanese among many others. His third book, Woody Allen Ate My Kimchi, featuring candid and hilarious stories behind the scenes at top Toronto restaurants will be launched in 2013. He will be offering free samples of his eponymous kimchi line at the Fortune Cooking demo.
