The Venuti String Quartet performs two works from the early 20th century that embody the beauty and optimism of La Belle Époque: Maurice Ravel's Quartet in F Major and Frank Bridge's Novelletten. Rebekah Wolkstein and Drew Jurecka (violins), Shannon Knights (viola), and Lydia Munchinsky (cello).

The Venuti String Quartet brings together four of the most sought-after freelance musicians in Toronto: violinists Rebekah Wolkstein and Drew Jurecka, violist Shannon Knights, and cellist Lydia Munchinsky. Their members frequently perform with many of the major orchestral ensembles in Toronto, including The Toronto Symphony Orchestra, The Canadian Opera Company, The National Ballet of Canada and Tafelmusik. They are a highly versatile group comfortable performing not only the great classical repertoire but also jazz, contemporary and many other musical genres such as K-pop, hip hop, tango and disco.
